What is the improved culture? around the club or on the field?
Recruitment is a bit washy...we'll wait and see on that point. It better not be finished yet or we are doomed.
Pathways...no I dont agree...pretty poor reading:

• U/16’s MacArthur Wests Tigers = 4th in a 10 team comp, played finals
• U/17’s Balmain = 9th in a 15 team comp, no finals
• U/17’s Wests = 8th in a 15 team comp, no finals
• U/18’s MacArthur Wests Tigers = 6th in a 10 team comp, no finals
• U/19’s Balmain = 12th in a 16 team comp, no finals
• U/19’s Wests = 5th in a 16 team comp, played finals
• U/21’s Wests Tigers = Wooden spoon
• KOE Cup = 11th in a 13 team comp, no finals
• Telstra Premiership = Wooden Spoon

We have some decent 15 year olds and some good 18 year olds.

The key words at our club are Could, Perhaps, Potential, Value, and Possible.Don't get me wrong i hope he develops into exactly what we need.

That is certainly a big problem.
One team one dream…F*%K Balmain, F*%K Western Suburbs.
Has to be Wests Tigers moving forward and every grade trains to replicate first grade’s structures.

Its out there - some players are unhappy and it is also been well documented that the coach and club are happy to let them move on given their performance does not meet with what they expect.

It doesn't look too great but when looking back to previous junior successes we won the NRL premiership just 3 years after winning an SG Ball title. Our Balmain juniors from the winning seasons in the mid 2010s didn't turn into results at a higher level but not too many of those teams went through to a higher grade with us. The Penrith team from the 2013 GF is pretty strong when you look at which players progressed through. I like to think our juniors are only now beginning to benefit from the improvements we put in place since covid so a Premiership last year could mean progression at the top level into the next few years.
