Junior Tupou under Wayne Bennett
Who was ? I am talking about OlamHe was talking about Bailey Simmonsson who is complete trash
That's unrealistic. ChampThanks champ.
Still to much
How about
3. $225, $225, $425
Now that’s better
If he’s on $425 a season for 3 seasons, as reported. And the storm a chipping in $200 a season for the first two. That's unrealistic. Champ
Are you arguing that his salary is $425k or that $600k a season is too much in the final year?If he’s on $425 a season for 3 seasons, as reported. And the storm a chipping in $200 a season for the first two.
Then u do the math
One thing we should have learned from the Luai saga is these things don’t operate on our schedule. That it doesn’t mean if nothing has been announced it means the sky is falling. Not that the sky will fall if this swap doesn’t go ahead, I couldn’t care either way. But I assume you know what I mean.Interesting to see that Blore was back at training today with the rest of the team. I think if we have nothing official after this week, the swap won’t go ahead.
I have written both as it is unclear what Olam is on. The Tele crap says he’s on $425 a season. Reports prior to this was $600, so I am covering both. Are you arguing that his salary is $425k or that $600k a season is too much in the final year?
Pick a fight and rumble with any takers. Right now you just seem like you want to win any argument you can.
I know what you mean but if they want this swap to go ahead there’s really not a lot of time left. Luai was different since we all knew he want gonna come to us this year no matter when we signed him, but for a swap to occur its best to do it in the off season rather during it. Especially if we want time to learn combos etc with the new team. At least next week at best if we’re gonna do the swap it needs to be done by then if both players want to at least get time with their new clubs to get to know their teammates and create new plays and combos. Longer it drags out in this case unless we know for sure it ain’t happening, worse it is for both Olam and Blore to be ready come the first game for their new club. One thing we should have learned from the Luai saga is these things don’t operate on our schedule. That it doesn’t mean if nothing has been announced it means the sky is falling. Player swaps can happen any time of year. Could happen a week before round 1. He’d find it no more difficult settling in and adjusting than your typical mid season signing.I know what you mean but if they want this swap to go ahead there’s really not a lot of time left. Fair chance in 2 years the 600k falls into a bigger cap bracket. Can you tell me the difference between
1. $400k, $400k, $600k
2. $467k, $467, $467k
The money is right over the contract term. Don't get hung up over how it's structured.
While they can happen any time, it’s best IMO to do it on the off season if possible. But that’s my opinion but I also understand that some players may not be available until a certain period.Player swaps can happen any time of year. Could happen a week before round 1. We’ve been waiting two years for that. One hit wonder.Just watch Shawn Blore develop
Maybe the club is playing hardball to get the best possible deal with Melbourne chipping in. They are the ones who desperately need to beef up their middle and want Olam gone. At least with Richo in charge we wont get walked over!Interesting to see that Blore was back at training today with the rest of the team. Cleary...Could.. for starters..not exactly dummiesQuite a few have failed to get the best out of Naden.
He’s got a lot more natural talent than what he shows on a regular basis, that’s for certain.
Has anyone said..."NO! we must pay $600k a season despite him being on $425k!!"? Why did you even bring this point up?I have written both as it is unclear what Olam is on. The Tele crap says he’s on $425 a season. Reports prior to this was $600, so I am covering both.
I see what you did there. Very true btw. We’ve been waiting two years for that. One hit wonder.
I love how many on here are Salary Cap accountants!Has anyone said..."NO! we must pay $600k a season despite him being on $425k!!"? Why did you even bring this point up?
If Olam is on $425k currently, you wouldn't get any arguments from anyone here that it would be a good bit of business if Storm were to chip in $200k a season for 2 years.
I don't have a clue what he's on, but have you considered his salary may jump during his current contract? As you've stated, it's unclear, however, your back and forth has always been about whether you are happy about $600k in the 3rd year.
Sorry champ! is the 4th grade math a little too hard for you to keep up with?I love how many on here are Salary Cap accountants!
