Bringing in Richardson is one of the better things the club has done in the last (x) years.
We are finally starting to make good decisions on and off field, lets hope it translates into good performances this year
Well technically, the club didn’t do it voluntarily.

It was imposed upon us by HB who thought Pascoe wasn’t doing his job as they would have liked ( or else he would have been retained).

Because the report is secret, we don’t know what his shortcomings were as far as they were concerned.

I know some people were very upset and angry with Justin, but I dont belong to that group. I don’t support him either.

The night of the sacking, Lee visited Justin and they had drinks.

I know someone who has Pascoe in the circle of people they know and come across each other every month or two she doesn't say nice things about him and she is a Tiger's fan she calls him a dumb bimbo I think that could be politically incorrect maybe Himbo would be better

I don’t understand why it took 8 years to eventually arrive at that view? There must have been consistent signs that he was about to come good?
Anyway, I thought Pascoe resigned? Perhaps he was told to do so?

In all honesty, a young man with initials ‘JW’ put Benji on track WRT coaching the youths.

Lee and Pascoe were undone by a brilliant campaign of lies and propaganda (hat related) that not even board members could ignore.

Well done @Tigerboy and @Pascoes_barber

Lee and Pascoe were undone by years of incompetence - undue interference in football operations - nepotism - consistent demonstrably poor decision making and pure hubris in regards to belief in their roles being untouchable!

I was listening to Richardson a few weeks ago in an interview and he did not say it directly but it sounded like he read the review and gave an option on it before he started at the Tigers maybe he said to the powers that be it sounds like a sh!t show

I don't know that Richo would have signed on for 6 months if he hadn't read the report and hadn't offered an opinion on the report's recommendations?

Makes sense to me

Has anyone actually seen “the report” or is it simply a mythical document used to rearrange the club ?
If it actually exists, it would make fascinating reading !
It is pretty easy to read between the lines for anyone who has witnessed the dysfunction of the head office and regression of the club under (the ex-AFL idiot who Penrith flicked) Pascoe as CEO - and supported by two Chairpersons who were gravely our of their depth!

Marina Go (a fricking woman's magazine editor) who still supported Justin after his imbecilic salary cap breach that had implications on the club for 3 years!!!

And then Lee who was only there on Pascoe's recommendation to the Board because of his corporate sponsorship (a blatant conflict of interest) - and subsequentially used the club as his fifedom and stepping stone to a higher media profile and assumed credibility!

It was a corrupt co-dependency between Lee and Justin that was leading the club into oblivion while telling us via Read and Chammas etc what a great job they were doing while using club funds for long lunches!!

The joint needed a proper clean-out!

Just think of Richo as Victor or Winston the Wolf- depending on your movie preferences:

Yes, that’s a really thoughtful position to take. I duff the fedora.

He was obviously offering things the (then) board liked. We had good finances and the COE was being built. So there were reasons to have him.

And once everyone in power finally realised that Tim was indeed useless, he was an admirable sneak in cutting his life support without telling him.

The Board are far more culpable than Pascoe, because they had the power to do things. He was their servant.

It can be described anyway one chooses but he was effectively sacked.

‘‘Twas arranged that Richo would fly in from executive cloud land.”

We don’t quite know whether the ceo changes will be good or bad on the paddock, but I think we all agree they were necessary and the roll of the Richo dice is a good thing.

If anything a bit late, we wasted almost the whole of last year.

But you are ahead of the curve with your deliberations. Good stuff.

I don’t think the review will be released because it will most likely contain remarks, assertions and representations that are likely to impugn Lees and other peoples character and could be construed as being defamatory.

And Lee has the capacity to litigate easily.

So it won’t be published openly. Could end up on the black web or whatever it’s called.

The people reporting to the review, they may be under a false impression of things themselves.

I think Lee and Co should see the review but sign a waiver not to litigate.

Lee has done some good things, overcome enormous personal challenges, helped a lot of people in trouble etc so when I’m hammering him, it’s about the public wt Lee, not the private or work Lee.

I can’t embrace this idea that the CEO serves at the pleasure of the board. Pretty sure you make some serious claims and commitments when you interview to land a CEO role, you’re not going in there to make the Board’s coffee. Early on he called himself the boss and he talked the talk about fixing recruitment. He tried, he failed miserably.
