What makes this worse is that the Bunnies appear to score a lot of their tries from the overlap out wide caused by a player jamming in.

Here's hoping the coaching team have done their homework and changed our approach for Saturday.

Well they haven’t addressed it in 23 rounds so doubtful.
South’s favour a right side shift and then a left side sweep to normally Johnston but doubt that will change without him.
Our right side slide or up and in is never consistent with someone always getting over excited. To work that defensive strategy calmness and first time tackles the key.
Fingers crossed we do it better !
 
Lee was wrong about our chances this year. He said under Benji’s coaching we would win more games than we lose? As we speak it stands at 4 wins / 17 losses.
 
My take at the time Benji was appointed that it was a classic "look over there" stunt to take the heat off management for spoon #2.

We were all looking forward to fairy tale ending with a Benji inspired and lead turn around of the team that we love but deep down we were expecting the mother of all train wrecks, bodies everywhere, the gnashing of teeth and endless tears.

Well here we are with spoon #3.

I cant say that I am exactly surprised.

The question though in my mind is Benji to blame for where our team sits on the ladder?

Had we had a magic wand and lets say Bellamy (or whichever super coach is your particular flavour) was appointed coach last year instead, with this roster, would things have ended up differently?

Will 2025 be any different? It is too early for me to answer that question.

I pine for the days that we finished 9th.

Think most people would have argued at the start of the year our squad was better than the Dragons. I remember saying at the time, they edged us coaching wise. And that’s been the case.
