He's kind of like that in every CI, don't you think? He doesn't say much if he doesn't need to.Thought Benji seemed a little terse and off handed in the CI. Not happy about something?
Possibly just the dumb questions - reporters ask questions with the answers already in them - often statements rather than questions!
Not a bright history v the Wahs over the years. Hoodoo team for sure, always nervous when they come to town. We know we can win this one but gotta show up with fire in the belly and make it three in a row. This is a danger game.
If your good with your hands it's not that hard learnt how to put up some retaining walls when I was younger, you get the hang of it quickly.Be trying to limit how many I put in the fridge for the game. Have to learn to lay bricks for the first time tomorrow. No doubt it'll look like my head when done.
Watched a number of Utub videos. Key seems to be get the mud right - mate recommended 6:1 with some fireclay and a teaspoon of detergent to help consistency. If your good with your hands it's not that hard learnt how to put up some retaining walls when I was younger, you get the hang of it quickly.
I think a wet track and a basic game plan may help us at this stage. Combinations building and our defence has been improved. Api and the forwards key to the game tonight.Yet another wet home game coupled with the worst time slot will play havoc with the crowd numbers. On recent form I would normally be very confident but I think the wet track brings the Warriors right back into the contest. These are typical Auckland conditions.
My only hope is our team should be on a sharp rise as combinations start to gell, but never take anything for granted with our mob
Been 40 years since I did it the use of detergent is to help the cement more workable I'm guessing think I used lime.Watched a number of Utub videos. Key seems to be get the mud right - mate recommended 6:1 with some fireclay and a teaspoon of detergent to help consistency.
A video I watched made extensive use of a spirit level, especially on the 'key' brick when starting. Also drew a line to follow. Luckily, it's an under the house storage area so most won't be seen often. Main thing for me is it's safe and won't fall down.
I find a good safe number is 12Be trying to limit how many I put in the fridge for the game. Have to learn to lay bricks for the first time tomorrow. No doubt it'll look like my head when done.
Let's not relive the last 5 mins of the 2011 finals ...😢 When you think that the Adolescence Netflix show was sad.Not a bright history v the Wahs over the years. I still have concerns about our collision game, we need to win more rucks. In past seasons teams with big aggressive forward packs such as Raiders, Dragons and Warriors have dominated us. We have never been able to muscle up and lost the middle leading to us getting hammered in a game of boys against men. Will be interesting to see how that battle goes today.
Do you rent? There’s no chance we lose this. I’ll put my house on it.
Reckon that’s the Bennett influenceHe's kind of like that in every CI, don't you think? He doesn't say much if he doesn't need to.
It’s also tactical, anything important he tells us is also received by the opposition. Keep them guessing coach.Reckon that’s the Bennett influence
