The only reason there’s Magpie bashing is when you get in one of your moods and start this Magpie unfair BS. And then they’ll come at you to shut you up as they’re sick and tired of the bashing that you start. You want the Magpie bashing to stop, then stop complaining and it will.

I would not want a Balmain jumper despite having supported Balmain for much of my life.However a jumper reflecting the prime colours of a Tiger which is part of our name and our brand is most certainly what i and many others have wanted for years.

Nobody associates the Magpies with white. No tie in whatsoever. The club have f%#@ up here unfortunately.

This not orange and black enough? Im all for a predominately orange jersey had they released a black one along with it. Yes I'm an ex Magpie but I've always prided myself on trying not to get into the whole Wests V Balmain rubbish. We are the Wests Tigers but we are also a joint venture. I can see why Magpie fans are disgruntled with the 2026 strips. The club in my opinion have really dropped the ball here.

What are you talking about? Either your cognitive dissonance is too strong or you are taking the piss. We're called WESTS tigers. Literally half of the name is from the WS Magpies side. A team name is location and mascot. We took half from one and half from the other. How is that nearly obliterated? If you were a Steelers fan, then that sentiment could be understandable in their joint venture. You said it yourself, WS owns 90% of the team. How is that nearly obliterated? Plus we are the only team to have a mascot logo on our jerseys that is not our official mascot (which should stay BTW).

I come from a family that were half magpies and half Balmain, so am in a pretty unique situation that the joint venture unified us. I loved the Magpies and have been on this forum for years and it does not represent your 'poor me' victimhood outlook. Unless you take any positive Tigers talk as Magpie bashing. The magpies are a huge part of our history and so is Balmain, but we are now WESTS TIGERS. All this one-eyed partisanship should have died in 2005.

From 2015-2020 the club didn’t have an orange jersey, maybe a heritage one but not a home or away jersey. The club had a black home and white away jersey all those years with some orange on both. I checked to see if you were correct about the jerseys this year and you were right. We wore the black jersey 10 times and the orange 12 times. 2 rounds we wore a special jersey one was the indigenous jersey and the other was the heritage 2005 jersey we wore. But if you want to count them as colours the Indigenous was black and the heritage was mostly orange so orange would’ve been worn 13 times and black was worn 11 times.

There certainly have been years where we have not had orange jumpers.I can't be bothered finding which years but they exist.I agree we should always be concentrating on our club being a united WT.
I have never promoted a division between Balmain and the Magpies or Wests and Tigers,we are one club with a proud history from 2 seperate foundation clubs.
 
Again guys, I have nothing against the Orange jersey apart from the fact in my opinion it looks a little plain. My beef is with the club not having a black jersey to go with it. Have the white jersey as the alternate.
