If HBG have issue with passage of information they conduct thier delegate to the board and ask for him to deliver said information . It’s not rocket science .

And it is that way because these guys would ring the wests tigers board and provide conflicting information constantly . Whereas now they have a rep who they give thier info to who then relays it to the wests tigers board . Creating a conduit between both boards.
