I did listen. I listened so intently , that I realised an employee of HBG was saying there was a lack of communication which lead to 4 independent directors ( who have no responsibility whatsoever to relay information to an employee of HBG ) losing their job .

Patton … runs the pokies and day to day of the leagues club … he is not a delegate of the wests tigers board . HES NOT EVEN A DELEGATE of his own board ! What is hard to understand here ….

By sacking the independents they have dismissed the findings of their own commissioned external review. The current leadership of HBG is on a completely different page to the former members who are virtually now all now sacked.

My bigger concern is that Richo is very quiet (which he normally isn’t) & PVL statement where he mentions politics intentionally is not a good sign for HBG this time round.

Nobody is saying Dennis has great intentions, but you are not understanding that when pouring millions into a club annually you are owed the respect of being advised of major decisions before they are approved and publically revealed.

I find it hard to believe Daniel Paton would make the statements he did yesterday if he knew it would come out that he has told blatant lies.

It may be somewhere in the middle. The problem that can't be excused is if their response was not to raise it or have a discussion at board level, but rather to just dissolve the board.

And if this was an issue, and Richo was doing this with Barry, why is Richo not marched? I can't believe Richo would expose himself like that. While he likes to get things done, he also always respected HBGs role.

It just doesn't make sense.

It honestly sounds like the same BS they peddled when they booted the properly elected HBG board members.
