Definitely I suggested Tyson Frizell a few weeks back as ideal for us with his leadership & experience and ability cover middle & edge. Fit as a mallee bull. Make it happen Benji.

Probably does his ACL at training after that comment. Please proceed to counter 3 Tyson to cash in your chips over there.

Maybe it's all just agents at play. Frizell does want to stay in Newcastle but this may just be pressure from his agent for the club to hurry up and find the coin. Mann & SOS are both reportedly Isaac Moses clients so who knows with him.

I'd still love Frizell with us for 1-2 seasons, yes even at his age as long as the salary is reasonable.

Mann I can understand as he would be solid depth and can play the 13. O’Sullivan makes no sense, we have enough halves and should be going after depth forwards

Why can't the club/Benji see this, as soon as there was a couple of key forward injuries this season fell apart like it lost a leg.

Frizell, I don't like it but if that's all that's out there better than nothing, it's so disappointing we don't have enough prospects in KOE approaching optimum age/ability, really hope Vaka Aho shows us something on debut.

There would be no justification signing a 34 and 35 year old. One would be bad enough, let alone both. It tells you the club see next season as yet another rebuilding/transitional season. After 15 years of no finals, thats unacceptable.

Wait a minute…Arent Javon and Andrews the same guy ?
Well .,it makes sense to me to replace him with an experienced guy… Jock is already in the squad and has a role …replacing Luai with an unproven rookie is a risk .,doesn’t mean I’m looking for a new starter …but an experienced depth piece fits the bill ….doesnt need to be O’Sullivan though ..
