Meriton are residential developers/builders…apartments and single dwelling. ADCO are commercial construction….Aquatic centres, Schools, Hospitals etc… Their paths do not cross.

100% correct but for me the pressing issue is our lack of centres. If we don’t plug those holes on the edges we won’t win many.

Yeah but it’s often incorrect or overstated. There was a guy on LU claiming we had a centre and backrower pretty much signed a month or so ago. Both fell through. It’s annoying.
