He has a very good offloading game. I have big doubts over his consistency though.

Bula is a MUCH better fullback than Turuva. Turuva can fill in very well but Bula has that playmaking skill that Turuva doesn't.

Agree with this.......900s is slight overs but he is a great fit for us. Anything more than that is not great for our cap though. We have a lot more to do in terms of building forward depth.

900k feels a bit overs but due to potential and the feel that he is a team guy, I'd give him the 900. If he wants more, I'd be phoning up one of those Gold Coast fullbacks.
