Dont claim to be an expert but i assume if your salary cap is 99% used at the start of the year, its stays 99% for the whole year. Money doesnt just appear even for pro-rata contracts. So finding 200k for Manu would not be possible.
Averillo is good upgrade on To'a. Still does not help the depth at centre though.

Leave Mason and Jock in extended first grade squad for the remainder of the year and give Latu and Attard proper reps in reserve grade, along with Hayward. Latu, Attard, Andrews and Hayward relieving Hope is a seriously talented spine.
