Saw doctor yesterday for bad head cold that's been going on for two weeks, and in my lungs. Mentioned inhalations, fluids, and lots of warm drinks. Also do the squirt saline up the nose thing (which I've started doing). Also got the feeling the doctor thought I was a huge sook. get better!

Also the time difference really mucks you around. Had to work in Perth off and on for a year and although its only three hours, it messes with you each way.
