Isn’t that where he started, with Moses as 7, way back when they were an upcoming dynamic duo at the Tigers ?
Think he moved to 7 after Moses left but my memory fading .
I don’t think that will affect them HT, I can see some real drive and direction showing through. Let’s hope the crowd gets their moneys worth and it doesn’t come down to one point like last time.
But I’m incredibly relieved it’s not be played at CSS coz I would have real concerns.
Up the Tigers !!!
Agree, AD positioned himself badly and being a right foot kicker showed too much of the ball to the defender forcing his angle toward the sideline to be too sharp.
Rest of the day his kick positioning and depth was fine.
Good pick up, better player than I realised. Knows exactly how to play centre.
I hope he’s sorting out his mental issues because we wouldn’t really know his state of mind, except when he runs on the field he feels that’s where he belongs. My concern will be the off season with time on his hands...
Coz he’s now got the right type of halves partner. Good runner, long kick and sets up supports. Gave Luai confidence to revert to his old game. Pity we didn’t sort the 6/7 earlier in the year, otherwise we may have been in the 8 already.
Main change has been sorting out our 6 and 7, everything’s been flowing from that imo. Douehi always said he wanted to play 6 or 7 and now Luai back to his dancing and scheming best.
Yeah, me too. I’m still not sure about re-signing Toa , very injury prone and floats in and out of games. I have long term doubts about him coz I don’t think he has a strong ticker.
