3 Toa 2 Api 1 Bateman I'd like to give Brooks points for sentimental reasons but fair dinkum Toa would have gone close to a 10/10 in the old Rugby League Week ratings, Api was just too good, and Bateman never stopped causing chaos and his energy just seems to feed the whole team.

I think that was one of the best games ever from a centre in the NRL, not just for the Wests Tigers.

Final minute, a 4 on 3 overlap and Brooks blows it by throwing a bullet pass at Kepaoa's head. Wtf is he doing. And WTF is Sheens doing. Chasing points and Laurie is sat on the bench until the 70th minute and then our most dangerous looking player (Naden) who can offload is hooked for him.

That was our best set of the game and the reason is because Brooks didn't touch the ball

Luke Brooks opening half is one of the worst I've seen from an NRL player. It genuinely looked like he was tanking. He even blasts his teammates for his own errors and then follows it up with EMBARRASSING defense.

Is Luke Brooks taking the piss? Most useless player. Two opportunities for tries and he bombs them both. And his defense has been complete shit this game.

Annesley's explanation is absolute garbage. It sounds like he was making it up as he goes. He also never said that it was the "correct call", but that he is "comfortable with it" and that "it's not black and white." The NRL's rules clearly state that only a referee's decision that results...
