I fail to see what needs to be fixed. I think that this is all good so far. Get rid of Sheens, promote some juniors, buy a player or two on the right dollars and we should go really well over the next couple of seasons. We should be a chance to win the comp pretty quickly.

Yep but if he said that and isn't backing it up with the right action it shows absolutely no integrity. This should be a massive red flag (as if there aren't heaps anyway) that he should be sacked immediately. If he said this publicly they shouldn't even consider paying him out.

He was never a cat and I like the guy but he signed for more money because the Tigers didn't push the contract through. I think they were right not to push his contract.
