why is that hard? Same as too many chefs in a kitchen.... Alluding to the fact that there are too many people trying or making decisions in a place/event that doesnt require that quantity EDIT: using existing people (that probably had some kind of say anyway) doesn't add to the "broth" or "kitchen"
