Each try I thought Bula has done well to hold them off enough and they cover defence let him down each time. No Twal, Sam, Hunt, KPP, API and the pack is unfortunately very very avg.
Losing another of our high effort forwards in KPP is not ideal. Sione most likely to play 80 will be interesting. We’ve got to remain in the front foot and can’t afford any errors that drain our energy.
Titans and Phins must wins for us. No Izzy next week also improves our chances. If we can beat both QLD teams and start getting the troops back we put ourselves in a better position for a finals push.
With Hunt done looks like the Bunty/Seyfaryh types will still feature. Surely Melbourne could return Blore to us now! Or as other have said even Leilua. Desperation is at an all time high for us. Our season is gone unless some troops come in I’m afraid.
I get we are now Wests Tigers but really you can’t deny the past. Our history stands. Atleast back then the Clubs could be described as battlers. Now we are just a joke. Fingers crossed Benji is the circuit breaker.
Guys we’ve just won 3 wooden spoons in a row and have made the finals 3 times in our whole existence. No one respects the club and that’s including us supporting the joint.
Wests Tigers have rarely ever tasted success and the parents (Balmain and Wests) weren’t exactly glamour clubs either.
I’m one who believes Seyfarth is worth a spot in our top 30 and play a roll in our a game day squad. However I don’t think the narrative/comparison of Twal improving out of sight is equal at all.
Seyfarth is an ok middle with some passion but lacks fundamental skills to be anything more. Could...
Sammy is a gun and a genuine nsw edge player. He can easily transition back to the middle when his mobility drops off. Can’t see that happening for a good 7/8 years however. His development on an edge has been fantastic. Defends and attacks like a beast. Real intent and passion from him every...
Loved Blore off the bench for us in the middle. Hits hard and has some good leg speed. Had so much promise and was keen to see him develop in our colours. Hasn’t worked out for him at the Storm and they have a stack of younger/developing forwards (also why pole should stay put). He’d be a great...
Seyfarth is a good squad player that fills a role. Jason Clarke from souths kind of forward. Won’t win the game but also won’t loose it. He’s also one of our own products aswell and with limited good middles bashing down the door in cup I don’t think him or hunt should be let go.
