I have mainly been on Benji's side but what is jarring me more and more is his saying 'that's not how they trained during the week'. Well, the issue is then preparation for and execution on the day then. That is definitely a coaching problem that he has not been able to address.
We need more than a single lamb, we need a whole herd. Our roster strength and depth is just so weak. If this lot is the best we can serve up, God help us, Parra will kill us. Another 50 plus score coming up. Sorry Api.
Sure hope Api has no expectations of a win on his 250th. These selections are just nuts. What is going on?????
Come on in Flanagan for 27 and Benji says bye at seasons end?
If we do end up with Flanagan im prepared to give him benefit of the doubt, despite the Sharks peptide event/s. Not ideal but very few experienced coaches out there to work with Benji.
Sounds likely what people here saying about end of season movement by Doueihi. Let's see, 3 more years of contract or so, he or Moses can pay us $1.2m to release him. Player transfers never work in our favour.
Threaten?????????? What, you'll make them watch replay after replay of our biggest loosing matches. Im lucky my teenage daughter wants nothing to do with any sport. :)
I don't agree at this stage. I think an 'easier' target that would have ramifications would be to end the debenture system. Wouldn't a better management team and structure within the existing club make HBG theoretically work better?
I dunno where Benjis future will pan out to be. I remain hopeful but he does need very good assistants in both attack and defence. Those basic areas of our game have collapsed. Not so long ago i think Bellamy said you need a good spine and paid well for them and had others that filled for...
Agree in part, but you are nuts to think the licence will automatically remain with Tigers brand. Thats what people who think blow the joint up, and start with a new club & licence forget, it will not be a option in the forefront of any new franchise.
I think the pressure should be put on by...
