Almost 400 pages in and it's a question that nobody has answered, including @Vicious If it was all Richo as he suggested, they would have sacked Richo. Yet they sacked the board, who were privy to the same information as the HBG directors.. Go figure huh?

Who were they upset with? Richo is at the centre of your theories, yet HBG sacked the independent directors. So why didn't they sack Richo? What do you know that we don't?
