Interesting.... so HBG dont own WT the brand but are majority shareholders in the Football club/company of the same name with rights (via the licence) to participate under that name in the NRL? Long-winded sorry, but trying to understand the exact legal status as it creates many opportunities...

Somber days, hard to read every post from the sheer volume so apologise if this has been answered. What exactly is it that a club licences from the NRL? Is it the team name? Or is it basically a position in the competition and the club owns any IP in the team name? Something else?
