Aitken is right up there in terms of being one of the better centres in the NRL. His passing needs work but he can penetrate a defence and is one of those players you want in your team in a tough game.
I envisage Momorovski being in a tough battle against Smith, Talau and Cini for future NRL...
Smith is a talent as are Bradley, Talau, Cini and Madden, Dillon also has the potential if he works hard enough. Seyfarth hit hard in defence yesterday and it seems the higher the standard the better he performs. With his size, mobility and work rate, I'm sure Maguire will work him hard...
Smith and Gamble are both good backline talents. Bradley had a great game on the wing and I liked the way he ran the ball up with purpose. I also liked the contributions of the development players McIntyre, Talau and Seyfarth. Seyfarth has some work to do on his running of the ball which he will...
We do need a fast left centre to compliment Marsters on the right. All the pressure is on Marsters as non of our current left centres (I don't include MCK - utility) lack genuine pace. Whether Dylan Smith is an option I don't know but this needs urgent attention.
I believe Israel will be glad to leave Australian Rugby and he will have no difficulty getting a start elsewhere. Note his message was liked by a few other Wallaby players so you can imagine the harmony in the dressing room with Pocock in the mix. If the ARU believe he is the only player with...
If the Broncos had Brooks and Reynolds, they win. The Broncos are directionless with their current halves. I can envisage Ash Taylor getting homesick for Brisbane next year.
Patriot, while I have bean a supporter of Farah over the years and admire his love for his mother what is always whitewashed (and is unforgivable) was his disgraceful comment about Julia Gillard, our first female PM. While he subsequently apologised for it, there is no escaping from the fact...
I don't post on that forum, just look every now and then. If he is coming, his recruitment is consistent with the much smarter buys at the junior level we've had since Dave Warwick arrived at the club.
That is what I meant by the NRL having to subsidise the expansion club (as it would have to do on a much greater basis for a Perth team). We've seen with the Super Union team no backing which bled the coffers. Why waste money on the West when they can easily watch it on tv if they are that...
Group 11 plus surrounding Groups (refer link). But rather than counting numbers, look at the quality that is coming out of Dubbo and surrounding areas including Blake Ferguson, Braden Burns, Kotoni Staggs (I'm sure there are more Indigenous kids playing with NRL especially from Wellington) and...
