That doesn't make any sense. The season is done. Why even play a potential gun like Siro in dud games with nothing at stake if he is carrying an injury? Either he is okay and he starts or he is injured and gets fit for 2014.

Re payment, Cowboys will STILL be paying him in 2014 as he has a contract. Will likely be cheap and available. Doubt Potter would pick him as an assistant though. Would place a tonne of pressure on him having a deputy capable of taking the club over at a moments notice.
