We did, and we sat on a picnic rug, drank JBs, ate hot dogs ... not sure what your point is? Some women are passionate NRL followers, some men are not (hubby went to a concert, sons couldnt give a toss about footy/sport). I don't think it should be a gender issue 🤷♀️
My daughter and I had the best night on Saturday, on the hill, yelling our heads off as the boys put on one of the best games I've been to! We definitely weren't the only women there, either!
A packed Leichhardt Oval. The NRL, councils, state govts, everybody, need to realise and value the importance of these old suburban grounds. Seriously, the atmosphere, everything! They need to stay. We don't need soulless cauldrons. We need to be close to the game, bantering with the other teams...
3. Api ... can't fault his game and leadership
2. Galvin ... I thought he was involved in everything. My favourite thing is he follows the kick. How long has it been since anyone chased a bloody kick!!
1. Olam ... he's going to make a difference for us, for sure
That's the most difficult 2,1...
I'm with waterside. Papali'i was gassed in the second half, but it was the best I've seen him play for us, so that's probably why he was buggered 😂 He did some great work in the first half. Lovely to see 🥰
