I think Afoa's addition allows the team to be creative in the use of Terrell May- maybe playing something like a #13 role at times- because we now have a number of good options for the front row.
Some of that is quite obviously true.
Funny thing- we talk about a club with massive turnover of coaches & administrators.
Justin Pascoe was CEO for 8 years.
Lee was at the Tigers for 4 years on the board
The upheaval has really only come after their removal- which everyone was calling for...
If the club goes backwards- if the move by HBG does not move the club forward- questions need to be asked. The parameters of what forward & backward are will cause just as much debate.... lol
While I agree with you partly- they don't NEED to admit it.
Your point is your view. It's the view of a bunch of people. But it completely dismisses whatever the "Pro HBG" crowd put forward.
I'm not saying you are right or wrong. Just that the line of thinking- if they just admit HBG stuffed...
Don't really understand why some people feel the need to be overly antagonistic on this forum.
I've obviously had a different stance to many on here but for the most part- people debate things reasonably respectfully (mostly).
Cochise & I are obviously seeing things from different angles, but...
From the same article, but without the selective representation-
“Now, there’s an agreement between Wests Tigers and Holman Barnes Group where certain decisions that are made need to come back to the owner for approval. That simply hasn’t been happening.
“And I can give an example of that – the...
I get that.
It's entirely possible that the random person that looked him up was simply interested in his music career.
The narrative afterwards never focused on his music career or his career on a club board.
Appreciate that point.
However, if you noted that Richard Clapton followed Bonnie Blue, would you focus on that? Or on his musical history when you talk about him later?
It certainly does appear to be a.....volatile environment.
I would speculate- and that is the important term- that HBG reacted to what they thought was a slight against the financial backers of the club from decision makers at board level when certain financial decisions were not made in...
They sacked the board... FACT
They made a statement that was contradictory, because hbg had 2 directors on the WT board. - Mostly factual. They did make a confusing statement. They did have 2 members on the board. The statement being contradictory in part doesn't make it less true however &...
That argument has been given to me before & I can see the merit in that.
But, there's no relevance on his social media likes/dislikes & his ability to do his job. And the narrative has never been "he can't function at his role because he follows these people on Instagram" but rather "Dirty...
Hey Cochise- that's quite possibly correct.
The timeline removes the interaction with PVL, which quite probably had some impact- but as to why is open to speculation.
Taking the statement off the website most likely points to some legal ramifications- but again, that is me speculating.
Taking...
Nah mate- you made this accusation-
"The sacking of the independent directors was another balls up decision that resulted in our ceo resigning.
Proof is in the pudding, they have no idea what they are doing... no matter what % they own"
Why did they do it? Why was it a balls up decision? How...
