This one-upmanship & attempts to belittle others is not unique to that side of the argument.
In fact, I think the numbers weigh heavier the other side.
Apparently the CEO & a board member are on their way over to check it out for their own interests in 2027.
So it seems that the club did in fact have interest in the venture. I'm sure there are financial benefits to that exposure over there, plus- don't miss Round 1...
My enthusiasm for what Shaun can bring doesn't diminish what Richo has proven in the past.
I will say, from an outside opinion, Shaun appears to be more fan-friendly in his actions- not just in his short time at the Tigers, but certainly through his time at the Mariners.

Interesting that the new CEO is supposed to be keen on the potential of going to Las Vegas.
I imagine this is a financial decision. And the former CEO was openly critical in the media about this venture. Could that have been seen as taking away consultation with the financiers of the club...
Not sure if you follow the A-League, but the way he turned the Mariners around & the respect he earned from their fans certainly makes me feel confident he can turn the fortunes of other, lower performing clubs in his future.
I'd like to keep Skelton as a valuable depth/starter option. But money will likely play it's part & Tavana looks a decent option coming though as well.
