That's unfair say if one team loses 6 players to the expansion clubs while others lose only one or even no players. Teams that have a lot of players coming off contract, like Wests Tigers are the teams going to be hit hardest, especially if it's led by one of their marquis players leaving...

We should get more, if teams lose players they should be compensated per player.

Three players ripped out of Wests Tigers by the expansion clubs already, there WILL unfortunately be more. Clubs need to be subsidised for player losses to the Chiefs, it'll be the less glamorous clubs that will suffer the most.
