It's sad to think that the independent directors (the minority) have to meet a particular skills matrix to be considered but the other 5 directors (the majority) don't. Its laughable. As long as you can strum a couple of notes on a bass guitar I suppose.

I feel sorry for the families of the great Keith Holman and Keith Barnes having their name associated with these bunch of pelicans. It's a disgrace. Those two legends of our game will be turning in their graves.
