Even if what you say is 100% true, I don't think walking out on your teammates is the right response. If you support that, it's a symptom of what's wrong with this club.
We have the dumbest fans in the league.
Or could it be he thought - if Benji moves me instead of Luai on Thursday, I'll make a scene? If not, I'll keep my mouth shut.
If he knew prior, why wouldn't he have made a scene prior?
Your mate Hooper said he got a call on Wednesday saying Doueihi was going to walk out of training - stinks of a Moses scam to get a bloke out of his contract.
Mate - you need to prepare as if he won't get off. You are persisting with the handling of the situation that assumes a team prepares as if he WILL get off.
Why would you prepare that way, only to find out he is suspended? If he's available, it's a bonus and the coach finds a way to slot him in...
I'm no NRL player, but normally in union or league, the team that trains for most of the week runs on. If a player becomes available unexpectedly, they get massaged in somewhere - this is what has happened here.
Did you check the team on Tuesday? Doueihi was named in the reserves. Why are you persisting with the narrative?

Just to fill in some gaps for you.
On SEN with Vossy - AD said Benji leaves it up to the players to decide whether they will fight the charge. Direct quote from AD. I don't know who pays, but I assume the club covers the cost...not sure that matters in the scheme of things.
The team must...
He's not the fall guy.
Benji wanted 3 attackers. We have run this before with Latu at 13.
Doueihi is the only one of the 3 that is versatile enough to play 13.
It's very simple.
