I wouldn't be letting go of Seyfarth.
He seems a good value contract.

Toa should be first to get the tap.
Royce, I don't mind him but if it meant keeping Samuela, it's a no brainer.

Doesn't seem we have any other big dollar players to ask to leave to make the space.

Need some crafty accounting.

you need clubs willing to buy then first.
given the rating some have on toa no club will buy him
he would need to be getting a run in nrl team at playing good football for any club to look at him as a purchase

Hunt might get picked up by perth
seyfarth will probably pick up a contract

It's surgery or retirement for Toa you'd think, wahs wanted Seyfarth couple of seasons ago, Royce maybe some interest not too bad this season.

Anyhow it may not mean all three have to go, we don't even know if the report is true.

Id have no problems with all going....tho id hope its.not to.lose three to keep just one.
Itd be interesting to see what Alex had to offer in a.better system...hes one i think could.benefit with a change...hes.maturing

I dont think anyone is saying we give manase a top 30 or even nsw cup contract (i hope). Its more about giving him a go in our system (feeder club) and seeing if he still has the potential to make a career out of league, if thats what he wants and is serious about. We have 3 of his brothers in the club so we are well positioned to support the family and its also probably in our best interests as well.

Wonder if Connor's been landed for 27 only, that would give it legs but the report is fishy, released in Queensland.

- we dont need to shed anything to sign samuela, deal on the table with latu and samuela are 4 year extensions

- starford has been told he is free to go next year, i said this would happen a few weeks back, tigers even considering tipping in, if we had more depth would push for him to move this year

- club does want to sign two experienced nrl
players next year

Total speculation ,,,Maybe they have signed Watson for 27 and that has sucked up the remaining money on the cap ..meaning they cant throw Sam a sweetener for 2027…

Seyfarth would likely have some value to one of the new teams …probably would be a win win for him and us if he moves on…

Tigers considering tipping in for Star? Couldn’t see any other option at this stage given where his current market value would be

Exactly. Especially that Samuela is still contracted next year for $500k and in 2028 we'll have Luai's $1.2M to divvy up. A journo's gotta journo.

Seyfarth is on 500k next season, he and To'a should be let go of regardless. He was re-signed last season when he was a starting backrower.

He's shown he can't offer anything other than 15mins in the middle... Plenty of other players that can offer that for much less.
