You can’t fix a losing franchise ever

This is Rubbish.

Cronulla fixed a loosing franchise.

They did it by getting Sticky then selectively targetting whom to bring into their team.

Wests tigers aren't fixing our franchise. We can be fixed but our management chooses not too.

Vegas will be such a flop, no tigers supporter is forking out money to go to Vegas to watch us lose against the Storm
There's no guarantee that will happen, we are not playing them in Melbourne, at full strength it would be hard to pick a winner after the form we witnessed at the start of the season.

Unless it’s August and we are in the top 8 I will never ever accept again accept anything that is positive. Stop with April champs evey yesr

To can’t fix a losing franchise and never will worst franchise in sporting history no one ha it beat.

I Dont want to see a March. 3.1 record 2027 isn’t here bs that differently tigers team even against

Bit of a lazy generalisation…

The Chicago Cubs went 108 years between World Series ,..the Red Sox 80 something

Tend to agree. The people (I know) who want to travel to watch NRL over there have already done it; it’s out of their system and won’t be going again. Our general economy is also crap.

The Cubs had a 38 yr playoff drought and the Red Sox 28 years ….harder to make admittedly baseball also doesn’t have a salary cap which makes it more of a joke for us as Red Sox had ri deal with Yankees

Baseball also has no salary cap Red Sox dealt with Yankees

Nrl has only had 4 GFs that don’t involve Panthers roosters storm notices since 1998 that isn’t changing this year either.

Shows the cap doesn’t work and it’s about franchise culture

That’s why Tigers will never be fixed
Titans won’t ever be either this ud Gold Coasts 4th try and failing again after 21 years

So ? Never mentioned that … my point is it’s wrong to say things like “it’s the worst franchise in sporting history “ …. It’s not even close .. yet…

The salary cap actually helps to even out the competition.. how many players have Penrith lost over the last few years… we’ve benefited from a couple ourselves

One thing that has been constant over our decade and a half of misery is under funding. We have tried numerous coaches, we have changed CEOs, We have changed the board and changed players….but under funding of the franchise has been with us for the whole miserable journey. It’s right across the whole club from juniors to the NRL team, everything is run on a shoe string budget.

Sadly the place is in such a shambles it’s going to take a massive influx of capital and probably 5 more years of pain to see the momentum change

They have made the semis 3 times in 26 years 2 of those years were based off 3 good months

Before that the merger was made by a team that gash seen semis since 1990 and another team that seen finals twice in 20 years and getting flogged by 50 each week

Add to off field drama year after year ect ect

Worst franchise in history l. No one has it worse

Nah … I don’t buy it ., worst in history

The time has come for the HBG to either sell the franchise to someone who is going to fund the joint and get the necessary expertise right across the club, or put enough capital into the club and employ the right people to turn the joint around. Surely they must be embarrassed to see their brand name as a laughing stock

Too busy trying to get the Magpies back in the NRL..prioritising having their mates on boards and changing the home jersey from orange to white unfortunately….imagine having an owner like Arthur Laundy invest in club success before profits.
