I would love to organise a podcast where FTB could bail up Greenberg in an interview. It would be a massacre hahaha....
 I would be nothing but complimentary to Mr Greenberg CB, he is a fine upstanding gent doing an exemplary job running the game :P

Re: Greg Inglis to retire in 2020

Toddy now saying players will face harsher penalties. In other words the goalposts have shifted and more inconsistencies. Player one gets a couple of tests and a reference, player 2 cops a season. Absolute rabble. The phrase "shut the gate after the horse has bolted" was surely coined with the NRL ...

All of a sudden Trent Barrett doesn't look like he's out in the cold anymore...

JT might be lurking. He doesn't have any prior engagements of a weekend anymore since he is no longer The Bondi Beekeeper's right hand man.

Probably more brown stuff to hit the fan with this club so best they part ways before it happens.
Exactly.
Can smell an Andrew Gee-type exit here. "I don't work for the club anymore so i don't have to be held to account for any wrongdoing".
'Roid Johnny will clean the Sharks club up :?

Re: Greg Inglis to retire in 2020

The original argument was highlighting how Greg Inglis was treated differently than other players when it came to being punished for indiscretions. Simona was just one example. Simona is a maggot for ripping off charities, no doubt. But Inglis is a maggot who should of been punted from the NRL many...

Re: Greg Inglis to retire in 2020

Well good at least you realise now your orignal claim that Simona was a match fixer was utterly ridiculous...as many others have pointed out... I don’t think it’s utterly ridiculous at all. Doesn’t make what he did do any better even if it wasn’t classified as match fixing. I find it bemusing why s...

Re: Greg Inglis to retire in 2020

Was Simona charged with attempting to sabotage games...? Is sabotage a legal term? It’s like conservatives arguing collusion isn’t a crime. It isn’t, because in legal terms, collusion isn’t a thing. Is sabotage? Well good at least you realise now your orignal claim that Simona was a match fixer was...

Re: NRL Announcement

Gotta laugh at the Sharks penalty. Apparently they were only fined $400 000 for Flanagan breaching the NRL's restrictions placed on him. That was the amount that was suspended from the original fine. Goes to show what an absolute pitiful joke these "suspended" penalties are. Basically "we will fine ...

Re: Greg Inglis to retire in 2020

Who cares if people on a forum classify it as match-fixing? The NRL DIDN'T classify it as match-fixing. End of argument. Love your conspiracy theories though re: Tandy. They're a blast! Wait, are you actually defending the NRL? :roll There is nothing there that is even remotely associated with defe...

Re: Greg Inglis to retire in 2020

When you can answer why Simona was never charged with match fixing sensibly you will have your answer... You must have missed my reply to Steve. I conceded if you don’t want to classify it as match fixing, fine. The crux is he was still attempting to sabotage games, while wearing our jersey. Who ca...

Re: Greg Inglis to retire in 2020

Assume you’re talking to me? Ryan Tandy was classified as a match fixer for betting on a penalty goal .How’s that different to Simona? Because he gave away the penalty and was directly involved in the betting sting of other people on that game and received cash to do,,..Simona was never charged wit...

Re: Greg Inglis to retire in 2020

Who cares about Simona. He was fixing games while wearing our jersey. Drawing a long bow bringing him into it. Who cares about Simona? Obviously not the NRL, he was turfed out with no 2nd chance. Whereas "GI The Untouchable" is mollycoddled, hailed as brave for admitting to drink-driving and given ...

Re: Greg Inglis to retire in 2020

Disclaimer: Every post I post, is my opinion. Thought I should spell that out. Sigh, okay, thought it was pretty clear. All the stories about GI are pro-GI, saying what a great role model he is, what a great career, yay for him, and so on and so on. Maybe he's made some mistakes, but good on him fo...

Re: Greg Inglis to retire in 2020

That is not evidence of bias. Sorry, didn’t read the by-laws, posting rules, nor did I realise every opinion must be submitted via the ‘proof fairy.’ My mistake. Disclaimer: Every post I post, is my opinion. Thought I should spell that out. Sigh, okay, thought it was pretty clear. All the stories a...

Re: NRL Announcement

This hit the nail on the head. People aren't suggesting WT did no wrong. They are questioning the operating procedure's of the NRL and rightly so....the disparity in their continued actions are there for all to see. You could write a list of examples as long as your arm. I have been very critical o...

Re: NRL Announcement

I definately don't think that, but I'm not going around thinking the Tigers did no wrong just because I support the club. The Tigers offered Farah a very very lucrative role after football, for some reason they did not disclose that information to the NRL, which was all they needed to do and infact...
