Re: Greg Inglis to retire in 2020

I'm so glad the NRL is not biased. I'm so glad the NRL doesn't try to manipulate their audience via media to push through an agenda. lol I checked out the NRL website a few moments ago, and 8/10 of their most recent stories are pro-Inglis. NRL investigation over. What proof do you have of NRL bias?...

Sharks resign Wade Graham https://www.nrl.com/news/2019/01/15/wade-graham-re-signs-with-cronulla-sharks-until-2022/ Not coming here then. That’s good, okay he can play, but would have cost us a motza and there is a big injury cloud hanging over him. We have to save the big dollars for a player who ...

Maybe the wrong thread but I think it fits - so so so glad to see those two morons masquerading as Aussie sportsmen knocked out of the Australian Open today - tools and pretenders both of them.

Re: Player you're most looking forward to seeing in 2019?

I think a fit Fonua running hard close to the line off some good ball will impress a lot this year! I agree, I'm optimistic of Fonua this year. But a semi fit fonua dropping high balls will get crucified 😉 Not to his face Steve  well not by me anyway. I think the 'under the high ball' isnt tha...

Re: How I fell in love with Leichhardt Oval

Hooray up the Tigers Hear the mighty roar It's the team from Balmain, just watch them score! Strongest memories from growing up watching Balmain in the 80s at LO, walking off down Glover St behind the scoreboard and back to my Grandparent's house 10 minutes away. We used to win often enough back th...

Re: More bad behaviour

Wonder if the NRL CEO Greenturd will write a character reference for MCK? Or does one have to be a salary cap cheat first? It's not favouritism though, there's no bias. it's just that Todd knows Greg and thinks he is a top bloke. So because Greg is a top bloke, who has done well for the NRL, Todd w...

Re: How I fell in love with Leichhardt Oval

I first went to Leichhardt Oval in 1950 - I had to wait until I was five years old before my Uncle Vic and his mate down the road, Laurie, would take me. The ground ran east-west in those days and my uncle always had to sit near the southern corner post (TV corner these days) - unfortunately we had...

Some do reform. Look at Packer.
Yes he did - but he was out of the game for awhile - unlike these idiots of the last couple of years.
Agreed Russell. Packer is a classic example of the point being made. He suffered consequences for his poor actions and is better for it.

I would like to see Eisenhuth play to his size , bust & bend those defensive lines in front of him , play with mongrel big fella
What happened to Eisenhuth? When he started with us he was great. By the end of last season he was so ineffectual. Was he injured? Season too long? He just faded badly.
