The great Lurker reports it’s a swap for McQueen. He’s the ultimate guesser but it makes sense.
Hope the lurker is right on this occasion...
It would be a first.

Jesse Sue, Kev Naiqama are both specimens too, doesn't mean anything.
Yes I'm not falling for that anymore! Many players have looked the goods physically then end up playing bog average for most of their careers. Then of course you have Cameron Smith and Johnathon Thurston 😂

Burgess twins are being shopped around.
Surely Madge can persuade them both to the club.
We need big boys up front asap.
God yes please!

https://www.nrl.com/news/2018/11/08/warriors-prop-james-gavet-set-to-switch-newcastle-knights/ Another one I would love to get back, those were the days Knights are putting together a very impressive pack of forwards. Klemmer will also be joining them. They will be a force next season. Oh, but we’v...

Or we can go with Wake up Madge by the Squiggles. Wake up Madge - It’s time to go to battle Wake up Ben - it’s time to smash somebody. Wake up Et - we need you to run more than tackle. Wake up Russ it’s time to get off the treadmill. Wake up Aioli the balls coming your way don’t drop it. Wake up Ch...

Re: Signing Suggestions & Rumours THREAD..

That heavy hitter is probably Paul Sironen No doubt Sirro would have an axe to grind, but it smells more like Roach to me. Could be wrong. Brooks would be perfect for the Roosters and they know it. Imagine he and a Keary in the halves with Tedesco running off them! This is a danger, Brooks and Tede...

Re: Hayne plane

The fact he’s still without a contract should tell you something. Even Marshall, with all his flaws has a contract. Marshall has a Market value contract. He still has tons to offer the Wests Tigers. Hayne is for some reason expecting a salary based on his 2009 Market appraisal. The Goods on offer a...

Re: Signing Suggestions & Rumours THREAD..

I hope the forward POM mentioned is a good one, we need first grader with some punch. One more three quarter to round out the 30 would be ideal as well - hopefully a tall, fast one.

Re: 2019 Captain

Who was coach when RF was chosen to play for Souths? who kept RF in first grade 2017? Don't be too surprised! Russell Crowe against Maguires wishes. Whoa seriously! That should go down a real treat next season  I expect Liddle to see lots of first grade then if he can keep himself fit.

Re: 18 Spots to Fill - 2020

We still have McQueen in 2020 :bash If he came good, I wouldn't mind that. Always rated McQueen and I thought he was playing well before the neck injury. Maybe he just needed last year to get over it. Did he play under madge be4? I think so. Pretty sure he was part of their Premiership winning team...

I am within 80 km of the border - go for the coast if at all possible with some transport available.. If you find something cheap and decent give me a bell. Sorry BBF, but If I found something decent AND cheap on the coast the only person I'd be calling would be the real estate/vendor! Sadly,...

Re: A Question for the Queenslanders Among Us

Anyone know much about the township of Murgon in south east Qld? I am thinking of buying an investment property up there and wondered if anyone on here would know anything about the place and its potential for growth and a good yield rent-wise. I have already researched a bit and spoken to some peo...

It rings a bell I believe a few good indigenous players hail from there...
Yeah Steve Renouf apparently hails from there and Gavin Cooper also, though not obviously indigenous.
