Re: NRL Announcement

From WWOS Mole (LOL) Journalists are often attacked by fans for exposing the game’s stars for indiscretions off the field. But reporters sometimes cut players some slack - as was the case recently. One well-known reporter sent an out-of-Sydney club a photo of one of its elite players snorting a lin...

The club has mounted what they believe is an unbeatable defence & have complete confidence we will get our CEO back !
But if the result don't work in our favour then legal action will follow.
Thanks hugely POM. Sweet music to my soul.

Re: Signing Suggestions & Rumours THREAD..

Nick Cotric 2020 He by all accounts will start the season at fullback, and that will ensure he probably stays a raider, or at least drive his price right up Nick Cotric is a pretty decent player, but being a Raider, if he hits the next level you can pretty much count on him becoming a Rooster.

Re: NRL Announcement

Gotta laugh at the Sharks penalty. Apparently they were only fined $400 000 for Flanagan breaching the NRL's restrictions placed on him. That was the amount that was suspended from the original fine. Goes to show what an absolute pitiful joke these "suspended" penalties are. Basically "we will fine...

Re: NRL Announcement

Rubbery figures. Melb got fine $1.6m, Parra $1.3mill. We got done $750k. If your including our cap reduction then surely you would note their premiership points reductions. Thats IF youre interested in a fair comparison. There is no way to give a fair comparison which has been my point all along. C...

Re: NRL Announcement

The NRL has no idea cochise. You should try out as a public defender for them. No one would try harder I'm sure. No I can look at this objectively and see what the Tigers did looks incredibly dodgy. You have been given information on which you have based your opinions. You have relayed that informa...

Re: Greg Inglis to retire in 2020

Disclaimer: Every post I post, is my opinion. Thought I should spell that out. Sigh, okay, thought it was pretty clear. All the stories about GI are pro-GI, saying what a great role model he is, what a great career, yay for him, and so on and so on. Maybe he's made some mistakes, but good on him fo...

Re: NRL Announcement

Absolutely, every team which thinks they have a remote chance at this destabilising reduction would try it for every player that leaves their club. Why not? Nothing ventured nothing gained. They'd be negligent in not doing so. Unfortunately another big distraction for the players is probably MCK and...

Re: Greg Inglis to retire in 2020

I think he submitted evidence in his final paragraph your honour That is not evidence of bias. Sorry, didn’t read the by-laws, posting rules, nor did I realise every opinion must be submitted via the ‘proof fairy.’ My mistake. It's funny, I have a bad habit of following poor performing teams lol, I...

Re: Greg Inglis to retire in 2020

I'm so glad the NRL is not biased. I'm so glad the NRL doesn't try to manipulate their audience via media to push through an agenda.

lol

I checked out the NRL website a few moments ago, and 8/10 of their most recent stories are pro-Inglis.
NRL investigation over.

Re: NRL Announcement

The only clubs that have been punished worse than WT are ones whose breaches have been massive ie: Storm and Bulldogs. Those 2 clubs can consider themselves lucky to still be allowed an NRL license IMO. Should of been punted from the competition. I agree, but I'm not a hypocrite who can turn around...

Re: NRL Announcement

I can't imagine any clearance would be given prior to a full investigation by the NRL in to the alleged position he will take up and whether there has been any impact on their cap. Can't see they would have done that in the 5 minutes or so since his announcement. And if they have given a clearance ...

Greg Inglis has announced he will retire at the end of 2020. He stated he will take up a position with the club at the end of 2020. How does Greg know there will be a position for him at that time? Sounds a bit fishy to me. Has his job been included in the salary cap? Has clearance been granted by ...
