Re: Coach’s anger at ‘grubby’ Storm

Plenty of players niggle and do "grubby" things but the difference is they get penalised and aren't media darlings like these two. I have many mates who are Broncos supporters (no surprise given I'm in Brisbane) and Queenslanders who can't stand the Storm because of what they get away with (yet they...

Coach’s anger at ‘grubby’ Storm

Coach’s anger at ‘grubby’ Storm THE NRL slugged North Queensland coach Paul Green with a breach notice for spraying the referees after the Cowboys’ loss to Melbourne on the weekend, and the real reason for his anger has been revealed. Green is facing a $10,000 fine after he slammed the officiating ...

For a laugh, go read the Aaron Woods thread in The Kennel and enjoy the meltdown. Some of the language used is a bit salty.
Quite a good read. Imagine how colourful this forum would be if they opened the door to foul language! :roll

Re: Official - Josh Reynolds Signs Megathread

I was at the game last night. He was easily their best in my opinion. Certainly had the most energy in attack and defence and was constantly talking, trying to direct others who didn't listen. I'm not saying he is a world beater but he is not a reserve grade player as someone mentioned previously. O...

Great choice should show a highlights package of him to the team before each game to show what you can achieve when you have ago no matter how big you are.
So true. The toughest player to pull on the Wests Tigers jersey even though he had to run around in the shower to get wet.

Re: Dugan and Ferguson

Were up to their old habits apparently the Friday night prior to the last state of origin game. What tossers these guys are if true. Doesn't say much for L Daley and his team either, sooner I see the back of the wig merchant the better. I think Laurie is probably a great bloke and was a fantastic p...

Re: Origin III* Live thread

That first 20mins from both NSW starting props was the worst I've ever seen at origin level. They got belted and didn't dish any back in defence. I think the correct expression is, they got owned! Woods was soft and fifita went sideways. Someone needs to make an animated gif of Woods getting put on...

Re: Parental Advice

Good luck. My sons (7 & 5) are Broncos supporters. Born and live in Bris and with the Tigers losing I have no hope of converting them despite my best efforts.

Ahhhh, there it is. That sanctimonious, lefty superiority complex. Unfortunately in your bid to make yourself seem intelligent you come across as yet another leftist stooge who has lost touch with reality. Perhaps you should poke your own eyes unless you can find another stooge to do it for you. My...

Re: Channel Ten

I am still trying to work out if you are a communist, socialist or somewhere in between??? I never think about it. When in the environmental movement in mid seventies the socialist came in trying to take over the joint. The Aussie commos under Jack Mundy were genuine green-inclined. Capitalism (pri...

Re: Channel Ten

Lucky that you live in Byron Bay, if you were living in Perth you are so far left you would fall in ocean. I was expecting you to say I would end up in the Soviet Union. Maybe Sydney and Byron are the only two places in Oz that I like to live. I am still trying to work out if you are a communist, s...

Re: Channel Ten

From what I have seen of Waleed has only been on ABC or SBS. The first step to understanding each other is hearing their point of view - I believe that he states that in an intelligent manner. I remember he wrote an excellent article in the SMH on the topic. If DT readers hate him that is a pretty ...

Re: Fifita missus centrelink rort

We've built a system where welfare is handed out far too easily. Invites morons like this to rort it.

Anyway, did anyone think the Fifita clan was intelligent prior to this?
