Isaac Moses getting his claws into the club. Before you know it he’s got enough players in your club that he controls you. Very dangerous. If we get M Moses and Brooks is re-signed we should avoid any more Isaac Moses managed players so he can’t pull the rug out from underneath us.
I never said Mybe was good. He wasn’t. But the original poster said Douhie was faster than Mybe which, in my opinion only, is not correct. I believe Mybe is a much faster runner than Douhie. Both are average players only at their best though (also only my opinion).
I can’t wait to see these and some of our other juniors progress through to first grade in the next couple of years. The excitement of the ride to the top is better than the view when you get there.
I agree with a lot of this. At his best he is just an average first grader. Moses Mybe is way faster than Douhie. It’s Douhie’s lack of pace that puts a low ceiling on what he’ll be able to achieve in his first grade career. We should let him play out the season and let him move on. The money...

He effectively signed a one year deal with Souths for $600k. The second year was a club option paying him $800k. Souths ultimately took up this option.
Media reports suggested we were offering Latrell around...
The administrators’ first priority is revenue growth for the stakeholders. They only care about a level playing field to the extent it starts negatively affecting revenue. A salary cap cheating scandal is bad for business as it undermines the integrity of the game and potentially revenue...
The club has shown an ability to get rid of a dud contract recently. If we need to sign Bateman for 4 years to get him, so be it. If it doesn’t work out hopefully we can move him on.
The bulldogs aren’t registering the contracts. They are getting the players to sign the contracts and then clearing the decks and then registering them when they have roster spots and salary cap space. So a player might sign a contract 12 months before it’s registered with the NRL in the...
Some thoughts:
1. I think clearing out the dead wood is a bigger achievement than the signings.
2. The halves and backs should look better behind a more competitive (dare I say “dominant”?) pack.
3. If we can add an improvement to the coaching and game plan on top of the improved roster we...
