I predict we won't see much of Olam next year, he is broken, chronic knee issues. Look at Douehi, even after his knee reconstructions the guy is playing below par, won't move laterally in defence (when he actually rarely does read the attack).
It'll be the same with Olam, though he'd be lucky...
Yes I was scratching my head over that selection. We had more experienced centres available, Staines could have played at fullback as there were two or three players that could have played wing....starting Mason & Feledy was a recipe for disaster in what could have been a face saving game.
No excuses.....youngest most inexperienced team in the comp BY FAR....led by overpaid bludgers of senior "marquee" players.
We basically just saw a Jersey Flegg team v a more experienced ( though some what depleted) first grade side.
We've seen what the young guys can do when led well &...
Like so many before him, a high profile player treating the club as a "Transit Lounge" before heading to England.
They know they can get good money & not put in the effort.....they come here to bludge....and the club has allowed this to happen time & time again.
Well Wests Tigers have won 3 straight wooden spoons. In the NRL era the Knights have had 4, and the Bulldogs have had 3 (I'm sure at least 2 other teams have had 3 as well.)
As for spoons on the trot, nothing beats Parra who got the spoon in 6 consecutive seasons (1956 - 1961).
I'd be...
So we'd have two in the bin 😂.....at least.
Such a bad display when your team's supporters turn up in a sell out.
I also don't believe Benji put the best available 17 players on the field tonight. I feel for Sukkar having to debut on a night like this.
Look at how many players we are missing due to injury. Bagging the young guys isn't productive (as I'd say they would read these posts).
Benji himself said that he's had to play guys before their time, they are underdone. All season it has been the older blokes letting the team down, the so...
A lot of Balmain Tigers diehards forget that unfortunately & will blame the Wests side of the JV for everything, conveniently forgetting Balmain's financial ineptness. Wests financial ineptness in the 70s & 80s turned them from the "Millionaires" as they were Nicknamed in the 1960s being THE...
Galvin was born & bred in the "slums" of Macarthur....and a bunch of those juniors from the "slums" won a comp together in the recent past. With the huge growth in the Macarthur & Wollondilly, the Western Suburbs junior catchment will be greater than that of Penrith in just a few years. If those...
While ever Wests Tigers have Luai, To'o is a good chance to come over. I agree he won't come next year (though I'm happy to be wrong about that) but from 2026 on? Good chance.
