Gutherson is definitely on the downhill of his career and I cant stand him. But his competitiveness at Training and during a game is exactly what we need. Not sure Parra would release him.

Douehi let him down horribly, Alaimaolo is no world beater and someone needs to tell Douehi he isn't either. Shòoting up ALL game and taking nobody was a weak option.

I'm pretty sure you're right about front loading. It just means our Roster will have a better 17, but overall a worse top 30. My fear is another poor Season will see Galvin and Co. head for a better Club. We need to give him, Da Silva, Sam Fainu some quality, so they'll remain.

With $2m to spend and an NRL condition that you must spend approx 95% of your Cap, and only a few spots available, we need to sign an elite player, on approx $800k. Signing 3 or 4 mid tier players on 350 to 400k won't make us NRL compliant. Everybody is off contract, not just the "available"...
