Ok so I have done some research and if you are suspended you lose 3 points for every week you are suspended. I couldn't find any rule about being ineligible because of repeated suspensions though.

Ben Hunt isn't a prop - he's the Broncos halfback. Woods and Matulino are the only forwards in the top 10.
