Tommy Talau Re Signs till 2022..

@finnzo he played in the halves as a junior so probably 5/8. But time will tell where his best position is in the NRL.

Have your say on Women's Rugby League

@TheDaBoss Women's rugby league is ok. But I'd prefer to watch first grade, reserve grade and under 23's. Yes I know it's under 20's these days! Actually just on the 20's. Why don't they play a national final vs the QLD premiers?

Wests Tigers confirm 2020 Development Squad

@Thaiger I'd say the good recruitment guys look at training, attitude and game day stats to work out the best potential. Haven't seen that from the Tigers recruitment guys so far. Probably need some fresh ideas in the recruitment and retention department. At the moment it's the definition of...

Could Chris Lawrence Move Into the Middle

There's a bloke named Cam Murray who's about 90kg. He plays in the middle and is one of the form players in the comp! I'm not sure how Lawrence would go in the middle but he's big enough imo!

Do or die: It will be tight and tough at Leichhardt Oval

@TheDaBoss I hope you're wrong mate. Not that the Tigers need motivation for this game. The fact Paul Gallen said he'd be embarrassed if they didn't beat the tigers should highly motive the team. That comment is disrespectful to the opposition. I hope the Tigers belt them like a red headed step son!

Finals hopes on the line for Jersey Flegg side

@balmain-boy maybe we were watching different games. Most of the flegg forwards are over 6 foot tall and weigh at least 100kgs. Size isn't an issue. Apart from 12 minutes where they conceded 18 points our boys were on top. Our team looked half asleep possibly because it was 8am AEST. The first...

Finals hopes on the line for Jersey Flegg side

@TheDaBoss devastating loss in the end. The boys showed plenty of heart after a slow start to fight back and nearly pull off a great win. Losing Dillion with a suspected broken hand in the first half didn't help. Also our regular goal kicker and half was out injured. The Warriors were good early...

Canterbury Cup Team Announcement: Round 24

@balmain-boy I'd take Felix Smith, Fenn (He's playing flegg this week) and Talau and play Talau at 5/8. In saying that the boys have been doing a good job without them. Hopefully the football gods smile upon the Wests Tigers Jersey Flegg this weekend!

Canterbury Cup Team Announcement: Round 24

@Madge they played all of them against Manly a few weeks ago. They won 34-14 but imo the guys the 6 or so replaced have been doing a better job than what they produced against Manly. But I'm sure our recruitment guys know what they're doing (if only there was a font for sarcasm)!

Jersey Flegg Team Announcement: Round 22

@Thaiger I agree that catching the ball on the full is the go. Maybe Dillion could have reacted a bit quicker but I think it was a bit of a miss kick, which caught him off guard. Then the shocker of a bounce gave him no chance. My point was more around our winger and possibly centre getting back...

Jersey Flegg Team Announcement: Round 22

@Thaiger the effort in defense was great considering the boys only had 44% possession. I'm impressed with Ngati and Main both playing big minutes in the middle working hard in defense (30 and 28 tackles respectively). The starting front rowers were both solid but I though Lealuga-Puhotau had a...

@Curly_Tiger I think there are a few in the flegg u20s that would do well with an NRL off season under their belt. Logan Dillion, Jordan Main, Felix Smith and Ben Seufali look like real prospects. Dillion is a good fullback nice speed and footwork, Main is a ball playing workhorse lock, Felix...

    Wests Tigers Results: Round 22

@TheDaBoss I agree 1 and 13 look the goods. The 1 looks to have good speed, balance and can finish well. The 13 is a workhorse and looks to have some silky ball skills for a big unit. Two more wins and they should make the 8!

Jersey Flegg Team Announcement: Round 22

@balmain-boy very impressed with the highly underrated flegg team especially the forward pack in recent weeks. They've only conceded around 2 tries on average over the last month or so. They're playing like a team and working hard for each other. Two more wins and they should make the 8. Keep...
