I feel Benji has more to offer as a head coach than he would coaching director. But in saying that it’s more young man’s game and a young coaching director with a couple of years as a head coach could work out. Probably would have to be self elected though for continuity but then you wonder if...

I think having Benji as the head coach is more than just the coaching. It’s about giving the club a figurehead that it will build around. It’s like Ricky going to back Canberra. At this current time you just can’t see another persona as the figurehead for our club.
