Tigers of old get beaten by 40 in the second half. We are about to see if there really is any difference with this current group. We are a few quality experienced NRL level players short.

I actually think they are up for it tonight the difference is a few poor one on one D lapses and our usual slow and dumb marker/ruck defense allowing momentum up the middle. Also they are really good with great scramble and a powerful pack and fast outside backs - not at the top for no reason...

Best wishes to Taylan and I hope the club is able to help him realise his potential both on and off the field. I think it will take some weeks for him to lift his general and match fitness to the level needed and it will be interesting to see how hard he is willing to work for it.

He tried really hard and did some great stuff. He had a few poor moments but overall it was probably his best game this season. He makes us a better side undoubtedly. The guy is a true competitor and that’s a quality we have lacked for many years.
