Brooks problem isn’t skill, he just has no killer instinct, and thats got nothing to do with his teammates. Do you think Brooks makes that 2 point field goal Reynolds kicked against us? Not in a million years. All good halfbacks can step up when it’s needed. Brooks doesn’t have that attribute.

My view is that he’s on a big contract for the next two years and it’s a bad contract for the club. If there’s a way out of it, we should jump at the opportunity. It will make us marginally weaker for ‘22 but we’ll be bottom 4 regardless.

I view it more as an opportunity to get rid of a bad contract. If he’s agitating for a release, let him go. Best for all parties.

He was lucky to stay in first grade. He’s not an 80 minute player, he’s much better coming off the bench. He’s a $350k player, would be happy for him to go elsewhere
