We don't even need them to be explosive or anything, just someone reliable who can break 1 or 2 tackles a game, can grind a few post contact metres, makes his tackles and can put in for 40 - 50 minutes to help out May.

Technically Des hasn't been canned though. His contract had a clause that if they make the 8 during the time of his contract it will automatically trigger a 2 year extension. The Titans have just told him they're not offering an extension and he can see out the rest of his final year.
