We lack talent and have a coach learning on the job. A good recipe for success. Oh and we get hammered at the judiciary because the NRL know we won’t contest anything so are free to make examples of our players.
Hopefully Penrith have copped his alleged $750k. Just because a club wants a player, doesn’t automatically mean they will cough up the entire cost of the contract (again, if he didn’t trigger the release).
I haven’t seen it stated that he triggered the release (though this is suggested). If he didn’t trigger it, there is the possibility that we would carry some freight.
Well we don’t need the lament thread for this player. He clearly never really wanted to be at WT to begin with. Hopefully we are carrying none of his contract next season.
