You have no idea. It has been months since I designed anything for any sport. I did do a mockup (a NHL jersey) just for my own interest last week that I have done nothing with, but I have pretty much not designed anything to be published online in a good 9 months.

Like they would even consider answering a question like that. The answers are always fluff pieces to make everything look good, they will never go for the hard questions that might make them look bad. Exactly how the system should be, but of course that is too logical for the Tigers to do.
