hamstrings are tough - general idea is that once you feel ready you should wait one more week, but it’s competently up to how the player feels. Skelton probably would have said he was fine last week.

Yes, agree with many of the above comments in that we were just beaten by a better team that had some high quality moments. If our goalkicking was better in the first half and we didn’t lose Latu then it might have been different, but at the end of the day we were under-strength from the start...

We really missed Skelton.

He hit him in the head but it was more CNK hitting his shoulder than the reverse. Seyfarth also has a bit of height on him so makes it harder to adjust, especially in real time with fatigue. I think by the letter of the law it was a penalty but definitely unlucky and i think that NRL should...

Completely agree - we have everything go against us, lose by 2 and half of the forum go berzerk! Obviously the win would have been great but we had no right to be in that game. Warriors were good and the ref was on their side too.

Its a really tough comp to pick, but interesting knowing many teams don’t win more than 3 in a row in a season.

It’s easy to lay blame but the reality is that everyone tried their arsed off - we had chances to win with May and Bula tries. If Turuva doesn’t milk the head shot then he stays on and chances are warriors don’t score. So many moments you can lay blame, but in my opinion if Skelton and Douehi...

Some interesting streak analysis of past few seasons. Some teams didn’t win 3 in a row and still made the 8. Most teams don’t win more than 3 in a row. Attached. Might help the nihilism from tonight’s result reduce to a simmer.

My point is that while the loss is disappointing they fought really hard with players lost and got unlucky with a refs call. It’s not season over. It’s a lesson learnt for a young team.

That penalty was harsh - NK was falling slightly, Seyfarth was just holding his ground. There was no forward force. He can’t do anything about that. Teams will start looking for that in future imo.

Warriors played really well . They barely dropped the ball, ran really hard etc. we lost players and we still almost won! That warriors performance would have beaten most teams.
