I like those signings too. I just think having someone more experienced for at least a year will help their transition to full time first grade.

I don't mind it in the same capacity as a Sezer signing, i.e a seasoned half to help see the young guys through, nothing more than that though. I haven't seen him play much recently, but is Sezer a better signing than Pearce?

I would rather not have him at all. His attitude is not one we would want rubbing off on the young guys coming through, and I don't trust the strength of our culture (yet) to negate his influence and keep him on track at the very least.
