Can someone explain to me the difference between Stef's elbow and Tino's forearm to Api's jaw? If anything, Tino's was way worse. Decisions like these can't be abstract and up to the discretion of the referee at the time. It has to be clear. Somehow Stef gets suspended after Tino was let off twice

Why do the commentators joke and laugh after decisions like that? Both the commentators were adamant the ball was lost backwards, and the contact was head high. The bunker makes the wrong decision, and they simply laugh about it instead of questioning the terrible decision? Equally as frustrating
