I would. I am under no illusion that we live in the real world and things are never perfect. However, I think that behavior is toxic to an organization. I weed those people of of my business and I raise my kids the opposite.
He definitely can ice those clutch moments that players like brooks can’t. That is an X factor that is certainly valuable. You have to weigh up that against his personality (the selfishness, the finger pointing at team mates) and the overplaying of his hand (which will improve).

Galvin is fit and works hard in attack but he’s not really creating anything, his kicks have been mostly average.
